1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Yixiu (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By tapping "Agree" or by using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Services
The App provides a perpetual calendar, Chinese almanac (Huangli), practice plans, quick notes, and AI-based analysis (including but not limited to I Ching divination, BaZi analysis, auspicious date selection, practice plans, daily guidance, name analysis, dream interpretation, and tarot readings). Some features are paid services; the details shown in the App govern.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us via the "Contact Us" feature or by email promptly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the App and not to upload or publish unlawful, infringing, or false content.
5. Paid Services and Subscriptions
- Paid services are completed through the Apple App Store (In-App Purchase). Prices are as displayed in the App and as recorded by the App Store.
- Subscription services are auto-renewing: within 24 hours before the end of a subscription period, Apple will charge your App Store account for the next period until you cancel. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in iOS "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions". You can keep using the service until the end of the current period.
- Virtual goods are non-refundable. Refund requests must be handled through the official App Store channels.
6. Disclaimer
The almanac, readings, and AI analyses in the App are generated from traditional cultural algorithms and artificial intelligence. They are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or life-decision advice. Use the App at your own discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its software, interface, copy, and algorithms are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without permission is prohibited.
8. Changes and Termination
We may revise these Terms from time to time; the revised Terms will be published in the App and on this page. If you do not agree, you may stop using the App. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a competent court.
